As the settlement of the sale of my father's unit is nearing, I thought it appropriate to drop you a line to thank you for your help in this matter.
As you know, I have a long association with a rival real estate agent having worked with them for 13 years and would, as a matter of course, have asked them to assist in the sale of the property.

My faith in your skills proved well founded with you achieving a sale only 10 days into the marketing and nearly 2 weeks prior to the proposed auction, thus minimising the stresses associated with the sale of my parents' home of over 40 years.
