"102/1-3 Banksia Road, Dover Heights I have recently been involved with Mr Tim Stern of LJ Levi Real Estate Rose Bay, of whom I chose to assist me in selling an apartment belonging to my brother and his wife in Bellevue Hill My brother is seriously handicapped with neuro-muscular disease and his wife required urgent back surgery, so it became my responsibility to assist with the selling of their apartment, so alternate living arrangements could be made for them. Tim Stern had been highly recommended to us by several people who had had satisfactory dealings with him, so I chose to contact him and request an appraisal of my brothers’ apartment. What transpired has turned out to be a most satisfying experience, and again with a highly successful outcome, despite the difficulty of current financial times and the downturn in the local real estate market. Tim presented to us in a most professional and confident manner, sand proceeded to explain his modus operandi to us in such a way that we immediately understood all aspects of his sales techniques, together with explaining all the costs involved, such as advertising in local newspapers and on the internet. Also, the firms commission rates and other expenses. In other words, all our overheads were thoroughly explained and we knew absolutely what our expenses would be, with no hidden agendas. He was extremely helpful in suggesting ways and ideas to present the apartment in its best possible manner. Tim’s efforts on our behalf excelled when it came to attending the apartment on open inspection days, and his following up of prospective purchasers. He made himself available out of normal daytime business hours to accommodate those people who requested out of hours inspections, including weekends and evenings. All in all, his efforts for us seemed to be beyond the call of normal duties, all of which resulted in his achieving an excellent sale price for the apartment, which was greatly appreciated by us, especially in these difficult times, and considering my brothers physical difficulties. We were kept informed of all progress with all possible purchasers throughout the whole campaign, and for all of us involved, it has been a most successful and pleasant experience.
