"Louis Vella 103 Birrell Street Waverley 2024 9389 4414 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter as a testimony of services rendered on my behalf by Mark Meyer in the capacity of estate agent and property manager. In May 1995, my wife and I moved to Japan where we remained for a period of just over 5 years. We left our property, situated at 18/89 Mount Street, Coogee, in the hands of Mr. Meyer, who from that time on has managed all affairs associated with what has become an investment property. In February 1996, whilst still abroad and with much assistance from Mr. Meyer, we purchased a second property. Situated at 5/86 Brighton Boulevard, Bondi Beach, Mr. Meyer managed the property until October 2001 when upon our instructions he prepared, marketed and sold the property. In October 1998 we added a four bedroom house at 103 Birrell Street, Waverley to our portfolio of properties. As with our other holdings its management was put under the care of Mr. Meyer who handled all business associated with the house until my family took up residence in November 2001. In Closing, I would like to add that Mr. Meyer has shown himself to be an utter professional in all his dealings concerning my properties, honest, resourceful and tough when necessary.
